I've created an aerVideo placement, but I don't see any ads.

When selecting aerVideo as a placement during the on-boarding process, you should have seen a pop-up window explaining that the only integration method for this placement type is through VAST. This placement requires a VAST compatible video player (e.g. JW player) in order to serve ads. 

If you've selected the proper product for your placement and are able to see test ads using the TEST PLC #, but are unable to see ads when using the LIVE PLC #, this could be due to a fill issue. Please contact your account manager to help validate and confirm.
